Standard delivery is curbside—unloading assistance may be available at extra cost. Someone must be present to receive deliveries. As intermediaries, we facilitate warranty claims but are not directly responsible for manufacturer warranty terms. We ensure all products meet quality standards before listing. However, products are sold "as is" per manufacturer specifications. It's your responsibility to verify that products suit your project needs and comply with local building codes and regulations.
