1️⃣ Tile Spacing: Please ensure a minimum 2mm spacer is used between tiles to maintain the proper alignment and aesthetics during installation.
2️⃣ Inspection Before Installation: As per KOKO’s company policy, customers are requested to inspect all tiles before installation.
Any complaints regarding color, quality, or other issues must be brought to our notice prior to installation.
➡️ Once tiles are installed, no complaints will be entertained.
3️⃣ Color Variation Notice: Please note that colors displayed on computer, mobile, or tablet screens may vary from actual tile colors due to differences in screen settings, lighting conditions and production batch differences.
We make every effort to ensure that product images closely resemble actual samples.
4️⃣ Pattern Continuity: In the case of geometrical or patterned tiles, design continuity between tiles may not always align perfectly.
Hence, it is strongly recommended to use spacers during installation for the best visual result.
