For Employees: Name, email, phone number, address, employee ID, and role designation. For Sales Personnel: Name, email, phone number, assigned territory, and referral code.
We collect comprehensive transaction data to process your orders efficiently. This includes order details such as products purchased, quantities, prices, delivery addresses, and order status. We also collect payment information including payment method and transaction IDs, which are processed securely through our Easebuzz Payment Gateway. Additionally, we track cart data including items added to cart, wishlist preferences, and product comparisons, as well as quotation requests with custom specifications and delivery requirements.
To provide accurate delivery services, we collect location information including geographic coordinates (latitude/longitude), address details (city, district, state, PIN code), and location data obtained through Google Maps API.
